Request an invoice

To request an invoice, download the PDF form and complete the required fields (see detail below). Once you have filled out and signed the form, please email it to Sonja De Beer at ssagjourev@gmail.com. An invoice will then be generated and sent to you for further processing. After making the payment, kindly send the proof of payment to the same email address for confirmation.

Please ensure that you complete the following fields:

  • Customer
  • Customer VAT nr
  • Customer Registration nr
  • Customer Postal Address
  • Customer Street Address
  • Costumers account dept contact person
  • Customer’s contact number of above person:
  • Customer email address:
  • Customer telephone number:
  • Customer fax number:
  • Following documentation… (attach if this is the first time your company/institution is doing business with the NWU)
  • Total amount
  • Ensure that you sign the form
